شروط الاستخدام ⚖️
باستخدامك تطبيق «حلال فود» فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية:
- طبيعة الخدمة: التطبيق أداة استرشادية تحلل المكونات المعلنة من الشركات المصنّعة. الأحكام اجتهادية وليست فتوى شرعية ملزمة، ولا تغني عن التحقق الشخصي عند الشك.
- حدود المسؤولية: نبذل وسعنا في الدقة، لكن التركيبات تتغير وقواعد البيانات قد تحوي أخطاء. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي قرار شراء أو استهلاك يُبنى على نتائج التطبيق.
- الحساب: أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك. يحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المسيئة (ملاحظات كاذبة أو مضللة متعمدة).
- الخطة المجانية والاشتراك: الخطة المجانية محدودة بعدد مسحات يومي. الاشتراكات تتم وتُدار حصرياً عبر App Store أو Google Play وتخضع لشروطهما، بما فيها الإلغاء والاسترجاع.
- الاستخدام العادل: اشتراك بريميوم مخصص للاستخدام الشخصي، ويخضع لسقف استخدام عادل (حالياً 300 مسحة يومياً و10 إضافات منتجات يومياً) لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام والاستخراج الآلي للبيانات. الاستخدام التجاري أو الآلي يتطلب اتفاقاً منفصلاً، ويحق لنا تقييد الحسابات المتجاوزة.
- مساهمات المستخدمين وبيانات المسح: بإضافتك منتجاً أو ملاحظة أو صورة مكونات فأنت تمنحنا حقاً دائماً بنشرها داخل الخدمة بعد المراجعة. كما تُضاف الباركودات الممسوحة ونتائج تحليلها — كبيانات منتجات لا بيانات شخصية — إلى المكتبة المشتركة لتطوير محرك التحليل وخدمة جميع المستخدمين (التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية). تُحذف المساهمات المخالفة.
- الملكية: الاسم والشعار والتصميم ملك لأصحاب التطبيق. بيانات المنتجات الأساسية من مصادر مفتوحة (Open Food Facts) وفق تراخيصها.
- التعديلات: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على النسخة الأحدث.
Terms of use ⚖️
By using HalalFood you agree to the following:
- Nature of the service: the app is a guidance tool that analyzes ingredients declared by manufacturers. Verdicts are scholarly assessments, not binding fatwas, and do not replace personal verification when in doubt.
- Limitation of liability: we strive for accuracy, but recipes change and databases may contain errors. We accept no liability for purchase or consumption decisions based on the app's results.
- Account: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend abusive accounts (deliberately false or misleading notes).
- Free plan & subscription: the free plan is limited to a daily number of scans. Subscriptions are handled exclusively through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including cancellation and refunds.
- Fair use: the Premium subscription is intended for personal use and is subject to a fair-use cap (currently 300 scans and 10 product submissions per day) to protect the service against abuse and automated data extraction. Commercial or automated use requires a separate agreement, and we may restrict accounts that exceed these limits.
- User contributions & scan data: by submitting a product, note or ingredients photo you grant us a perpetual right to publish it within the service after review. Scanned barcodes and their analysis results — product data, not personal data — are likewise added to the shared library to improve the analysis engine for all users (details in the Privacy Policy). Violating contributions are removed.
- Ownership: the name, logo and design belong to the app's owners. Base product data comes from open sources (Open Food Facts) under their licenses.
- Changes: we may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
Gebruiksvoorwaarden ⚖️
Door HalalFood te gebruiken ga je akkoord met het volgende:
- Aard van de dienst: de app is een hulpmiddel dat door fabrikanten vermelde ingrediënten analyseert. Oordelen zijn beoordelingen, geen bindende fatwa's, en vervangen geen eigen verificatie bij twijfel.
- Beperking van aansprakelijkheid: we streven naar nauwkeurigheid, maar recepten veranderen en databases kunnen fouten bevatten. Wij aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor aankoop- of consumptiebeslissingen op basis van de resultaten.
- Account: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertrouwelijkheid van je inloggegevens. Misbruik kan leiden tot schorsing.
- Gratis plan & abonnement: het gratis plan is beperkt tot een dagelijks aantal scans. Abonnementen verlopen uitsluitend via de App Store of Google Play en vallen onder hun voorwaarden.
- Fair use: het Premium-abonnement is bedoeld voor persoonlijk gebruik en kent een fair-use limiet (momenteel 300 scans en 10 productbijdragen per dag) om de dienst te beschermen tegen misbruik en geautomatiseerde data-extractie. Commercieel of geautomatiseerd gebruik vereist een aparte overeenkomst.
- Bijdragen van gebruikers & scandata: door een product, notitie of ingrediëntenfoto in te dienen geef je ons een blijvend recht deze na beoordeling binnen de dienst te publiceren. Gescande barcodes en analyseresultaten — productdata, geen persoonsgegevens — worden eveneens toegevoegd aan de gedeelde bibliotheek om de analyse-engine voor alle gebruikers te verbeteren (details in het privacybeleid).
- Eigendom: naam, logo en ontwerp behoren toe aan de eigenaren van de app. Basisproductdata komt uit open bronnen (Open Food Facts) onder hun licenties.
- Wijzigingen: we kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken; voortgezet gebruik betekent acceptatie van de nieuwste versie.
