خصوصيتك أمانة. هذه السياسة توضح ما نجمعه ولماذا، وفق اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR).

ما نجمعه

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم (اختياري) وكلمة مرور مشفرة — لا نرى كلمة مرورك أبداً.
• بيانات الاستخدام: الباركودات الممسوحة وعددها اليومي (لتطبيق حد الخطة المجانية) ومعرّف جهاز عشوائي لا يكشف هويتك.
• المساهمات: الملاحظات والمنتجات والصور التي تضيفها طوعاً.
• الاشتراك: تتم عمليات الدفع بالكامل لدى Apple وGoogle — لا نستلم ولا نخزن أي بيانات بطاقات إطلاقاً.
• بلد الاتصال التقريبي: عند التسجيل نستنتج رمز الدولة فقط (مثل NL) من عنوان الاتصال لأغراض إحصائية وتشغيلية — لا مدينة ولا موقعاً دقيقاً، ولا نستخدم GPS إطلاقاً.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
• لا نتتبعك عبر مواقع أخرى ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف إعلانية.
• صور الكاميرا للمسح تُعالج على جهازك ولا تُرفع — نرفع فقط صورة المكونات التي تختار إرسالها بنفسك.

بيانات المنتجات وتحسين الخدمة (إفصاح مهم)

جوهر الخدمة مكتبة منتجات تتعلم من الاستخدام الجماعي. لذلك نجمع من جميع المستخدمين بيانات عن المنتجات — لا عن الأشخاص:

• الباركود الممسوح ونتيجة تحليله تُضاف إلى مكتبة المنتجات المشتركة ليستفيد منها كل المستخدمين.
• صور قوائم المكونات والنصوص التي تساهم بها تُراجع ثم تُنشر ضمن بيانات المنتج.
• تُستخدم هذه البيانات المجمّعة لتطوير محرك التحليل ودقة الأحكام وتوسيع المكتبة.

الغرض حصراً: تشغيل وتحسين وظيفة التطبيق الأساسية (App Functionality). هذه البيانات تخص المنتج الغذائي لا هويتك: لا تُستخدم للتتبع الإعلاني، ولا تُباع، ولا تُشارك مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية. سجل مسحاتك الشخصي (قوائمك) مرتبط بحسابك لخدمتك أنت فقط ويُحذف بحذف حسابك.

Privacy policy 🔒

Your privacy is a trust. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Account data: email, optional name, and an encrypted password — we never see your password.
• Usage data: scanned barcodes and a daily counter (to enforce the free-plan limit) plus a random device identifier that does not reveal your identity.
• Contributions: notes, products and photos you voluntarily submit.
• Subscription: payments are processed entirely by Apple and Google — we never receive or store any card data.
• Approximate country: at sign-up we derive only a country code (e.g. NL) from the connection address for operational statistics — no city, no precise location, and never GPS.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other sites and use no advertising profiles.
• Camera frames for scanning are processed on your device and never uploaded — we only upload an ingredients photo you explicitly choose to send.

Product data & service improvement (important disclosure)

The heart of this service is a product library that learns from collective use. We therefore collect data about products — not about people — from all users:

• Scanned barcodes and their analysis results are added to the shared product library for the benefit of all users.
• Ingredient-list photos and texts you contribute are reviewed and then published as part of the product's data.
• This aggregated data is used to improve the analysis engine, verdict accuracy and library coverage.

Sole purpose: operating and improving the app's core functionality (App Functionality). This data concerns the food product, not your identity: it is not used for advertising tracking, never sold, and never shared with third parties for marketing. Your personal scan history (your lists) is linked to your account to serve you only, and is deleted when your account is deleted.

Jouw privacy is een vertrouwen. Dit beleid legt uit wat we verzamelen en waarom, conform de AVG (GDPR).

Wat we verzamelen

• Accountgegevens: e-mail, optionele naam en een versleuteld wachtwoord — wij zien je wachtwoord nooit.
• Gebruiksgegevens: gescande barcodes en een dagteller (voor de limiet van het gratis plan) plus een willekeurige apparaat-ID die je identiteit niet onthult.
• Bijdragen: notities, producten en foto's die je vrijwillig indient.
• Abonnement: betalingen worden volledig door Apple en Google verwerkt — wij ontvangen of bewaren nooit kaartgegevens.
• Geschat land: bij registratie leiden we alleen een landcode (bijv. NL) af uit het verbindingsadres voor operationele statistieken — geen stad, geen precieze locatie, nooit GPS.

Wat we niet doen

• We verkopen je gegevens niet en delen ze niet met adverteerders.
• We volgen je niet op andere sites en gebruiken geen advertentieprofielen.
• Camerabeelden voor het scannen worden op je apparaat verwerkt en nooit geüpload — alleen een ingrediëntenfoto die je zelf verstuurt wordt geüpload.

Productdata & verbetering van de dienst (belangrijke toelichting)

De kern van deze dienst is een productbibliotheek die leert van collectief gebruik. Daarom verzamelen we van alle gebruikers gegevens over producten — niet over personen:

• Gescande barcodes en hun analyseresultaten worden toegevoegd aan de gedeelde productbibliotheek.
• Foto's en teksten van ingrediëntenlijsten die je bijdraagt worden beoordeeld en daarna gepubliceerd als productdata.
• Deze geaggregeerde data verbetert de analyse-engine, de nauwkeurigheid en de dekking van de bibliotheek.

Enig doel: het uitvoeren en verbeteren van de kernfunctionaliteit van de app (App Functionality). Deze data betreft het voedingsproduct, niet jouw identiteit: geen advertentietracking, nooit verkocht, nooit gedeeld voor marketing. Je persoonlijke scangeschiedenis (je lijsten) is aan je account gekoppeld om alleen jou te dienen en wordt verwijderd bij verwijdering van je account.
